Warehouse Logistics / Planning Administrator

Salary £20,000 - £24,000 DOE

Do you have previous experience working within a warehouse dealing with shipments and administration?

Working in a busy and fast paced environment, this role is varied and requires good organisational and multi-tasking skills. Whilst full training will be provided, it would be beneficial to have experience in a similar role.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Plan consignment movements between sites to meet delivery deadlines.
• Control the day-to-day customs clearance of shipments into the UK in conjunction with our clearance agents.
• Assist with keeping Standard operating procedures, work instructions and risk assessments.
• Act as a training coordinator for the logistics teams.
• Updating spreadsheets, schedules, reports, and presentation slides.
• General administration tasks such as filing, typing, copying, scanning.
• Provide administrative support.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with an excellent command of English
• Confident MS Office skills, particularly Word & Excel
• The ability to multi-task, problem solve, meet deadlines and prioritise a changing to-do list
• Be organised, with great attention to detail
• Have a friendly, outgoing personality.
